Penspell Ltd were formed over ten years ago and conducts its manufacturing to the quality standard and delivery service demanded by its customers. The company manufactures products for a diverse range of industries including products for organisation operating in the automotive , electrical and consumer markets and has achieved ISO9002 accreditation.

We have gained a wealth of experience in processing engineering plastics including Nylon 6 , 6.6 , 11 and 12 , polycarbonate , hytrel , pvc rigid + flexible , acetal as well as more traditional materials including polyurethane.

We can offer a complete service from initial design through to product approval and bulk production . Tooling is manufactured by our approved tool-makers.

Complementing our injection moulding we have a small assembly area and can also undertake ultrasonic welding , valve assembly and testing.

Penspell can manufacture in both large or small runs and has a small prototyping machine which can offer customers the possibility of reduced tooling costs for small quantities.
